I had wanted a bitch from Ressu's breeder for a long time and when I saw Nelly as a 5 week old pup on my visit to the Ratpack kennels, I couldn't stop thinking about her. After some coaxing Steve let me have her and so Nelly flew over to Finland in November 1997. Nelly loved the shows and in most of them did very well. She gained her Finnish champion title soon after her 2nd birthday. When Nelly had pups, she had a difficult labor and had to have a cesarean. She hasn't been mated again. Luckily her litter with Ressu, the Frostwood R-litter, produced a daughter called Molla, who has continued Nelly's line for me. Nelly is now owned by the Charlton family.
